Filipina Skateboarder Margie Didal Featured In Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 game

Filipina Olympian Margie Didal announced as one of the new playable pro skaters for upcoming skateboarding video game Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 developed by Iron Galaxy and published by Activision. The game is set to release on July 11.
Margie Didal's addition to the roster of new Pro skaters in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 was announced via the game's official Instagram account:
"New Skater alert! Stoked to announce that @margiedidal is on the roster of new Pros in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4. Available on July 11!"
The pride of Cebu joins an elite list of pro skaters in game, such as Lizzie Armanto, Bob Burnquist, Steve Caballero, Kareem Campbell, Chloe Covell, Jamie Foy, Rune Glifberg, Yuto Horigome, Tyshawn Jones, Eric Koston, Bucky Lasek, Rayssa Leal, Rodney Mullen, Chad Muska, Aori Nishimura, Andrew Reynolds, Geoff Rowley, Elissa Steamer, Jamie Thomas, Zion Wright, and Tony Hawk.
It's no secret that the 2-time Southeast Asian Games Gold Medalist is a huge fan of "The Birdman" Tony Hawk. Didal finally met her idol during the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. She even posted her photo with the skateboarding legend on social media with a rather witty caption at the time.
"This guy asked me to take a photo with him and I let him because he looks like Tony Hawk," Didal wrote on the photo.
Tony Hawk also shared the Filipina skateboarder's photo on his X account (formerly Twitter). In his post, "The Birdman" had to explain to a reporter at the time about Didal's caption on her photo.
I was asked during an interview today:

“How does it feel to go to the Olympics and not be recognized by competing skaters, like Margielyn Didal?” So I had to explain that she was joking with her caption. My life is weird. pic.twitter.com/RvNQSFy7jt

Him: “you should tell people you are and then sign his name, haha”
His friend: “he’s real one”

me (turning towards him, assuming he is in on the joke): “haha, cool”
