Gamescom Asia And Thailand Game Show: The Ultimate Gaming Week Arrives In Bangkok

- gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show debuts in Bangkok, 16–19 Oct — the region’s largest-ever gaming event themed “World of Gaming.”
- Close to 300 exhibitors, 200+ indie titles 70+ speakers — including conference headliner Glen Schofield (creator of Dead Space, Call of Duty, The Callisto Protocol) and more.

Bangkok, Thailand – The stage is set for gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2025, taking place 16–19 October at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). For the first time ever, gamescom asia and Thailand Game Show unite to form Southeast Asia’s largest gaming event, bringing together the global games industry and thousands of fans under one roof.
Following four successful editions in Singapore, this year’s historic merger launches with the theme “World of Gaming” — an epic festival celebrating every facet of the gaming ecosystem.
A Festival of Two Worlds: Business + Entertainment
From 16–17 October, the business area welcomes industry professionals for two packed days of panels, networking, and deal-making, featuring:
- 70+ speakers from 20 countries, including thought leaders from Avalanche Studios, Bethesda, Gearbox, Marvel Games, Pocketpair,
- Super Evil Megacorp, Ubisoft.
Thailand Game Talent Showcase, organised by the Thai Game Software Industry Association (TGA) and featuring standout student-developed games.
- A keynote by Glen Schofield (creator of Dead Space, Call of Duty, The Callisto Protocol) on “10 Ways to Find Inspiration.”
- Exhibitors from 24 countries and regions from all over the world.
- Epic Games Store, Xbox, and Xsolla as business area sponsors, hosting the B2B Party, the Invest Circle & VIP Mixer, and the indie area.
- The Pitch Competition, sponsored by BACKND, spotlighting indie talent from around the world with 13 finalist teams that will pitch their games to a panel of international publishers and investors.
From 17–19 October, the entertainment area takes over Bangkok with:

- 60+ playable indie titles making their Thailand debut in the indie area.

- The Thailand Game Awards, celebrating the best games, industry talent and outstanding gaming gear.
- Meet-and-greets with creators and influencers.
- A new event theme song composed by Amm Atchariya and performed live by Jannine “Ploychompoo” Weigel on the Main Stage.
- The Zone Zean Game Challenge featuring Street Fighter 6 returns with a 30,000 THB prize pool and professional fighting games player, Xian, as final boss to defeat.
- Cosplay contest prizes totaling over 300,000 THB (USD 9,300).
- Over 200,000 attendees are expected.
