Look: Japanese Cover Artist Peach Momoko Arrives In The Philippines For Super Manila Comic Con
Renowned Japanese cover artist and two-time Eisner award winner Peach Momoko has landed in Manila for Super Manila Comic Con this weekend. She posted a photo on her official Instagram page of her arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport one day before the event.
"First time in Philippines! Excited for @supermanilacomiccon and to meet everyone," the Japanese cover artist wrote on Instagram.
Peach Momoko to hold a panel at Super Manila Comic Con, sell limited edition prints of Marvel's Wave
Peach Momoko will sell numbered prints of Marvel's Filipino superhero character "Wave" exclusively at Super Manila Comic Con this weekend.
Not only will she be doing autograph signings and on-site art commissions at her table, but Peach Momoko will also have a panel on Sunday, September 8, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, to answer fan questions at the event.
Super Manila Comic Con organizers announced on their official Instagram page that Peach Momoko's limited edition "Wave" prints will be available at her table on Saturday and Sunday.
"SuperManila Comic Con Attendees, please be advised that the Limited Edition print of Marvel's Wave by Peach Momoko will be available at Peach's table starting at 10:15 am," the official Instagram page of Super Manila Comic Con announced. "There will be an allocation of 125 pieces on Saturday, and 125 pieces on Sunday. There is a limit of 2 prints per person. Prints are P1,000 each. Please be guided accordingly."
