Remember the teaser released on social media by organizers of Manila TokuSpirits Convention last April? Well, the curtains are off as they officially unveiled their guests on Saturday, July 15, for the two-day Tokusatsu fan event on September 16 - 17 at SM Megatrade Halls 1 & 2, SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City.

As expected, Masahiro Inoue (Kamen Rider Decade) and Ryota Ozawa (Captain Marvelous/Gokaired of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger) headline Manila TokuSpirits Convention 2023 in September. Another big announcement on their social media channels is the return of Hikari Sentai Maskman's Ryosuke Kaizu (Red Mask) to Manila at the event.

What's more, he's bringing the rest of the Maskman gang with him. Joining Kaizu are Issei Hirota (Blue Mask), Kouichi Kusakari (Black Mask), Yuki Nagata (Yellow Mask), and Kanako Maeda (Pink Mask).

Ticket information/details will be announced on their socials on July 22, Saturday.

Tokusatsu fans who attended the recently concluded ToyCon PH 2023 a couple of weeks ago, one of the folks from TokuSpirits dropped a major bomb after Tetsuo Kurata's (Kamen Rider Black) and Ryosuke Kaizu's panel in Day 2 of the event.

Mrs. Anne Inaba aka Mrs. Red Mask asked the fans in attendance which Kamen Rider or Super Sentai actor(s) in the Heisei era they wish to appear at Manila TokuSpirits Convention in September. Obviously, the fans got excited and they were shouting out names of actors to her direction.

When the crowd calmed down a bit, she said with a smile, "Your wish is my command." The crowd went nuts again after the announcement.

Tokusatsu fans should definitely take Mrs. Inaba's words with a grain of salt. Could there be more guests to be announced at the event in September? Who knows? We'll all find out in the coming days or weeks via their social media channels.
